Return & Exchange Policy

All items can be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Products must remain unused, unaltered, in perfect condition, and stored in original packaging with all tags intact. Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please contact our support team first before sending back any merchandise. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days once we receive and inspect the returned items.

If you receive a faulty, broken or wrong item, please message us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will arrange a full refund, replacement or partial solution based on your situation.
